My portfolio focuses on the places I have lived. You will see the allure and chaos of South Florida and the Bay Area through my perspective. I take on the cities of Key Largo, Fort Lauderdale, and San Francisco as my inspiration as I focus them to create cohesive collections.

The venomous Lionfish, an invasive species to the Caribbean waters feeds on prey fish near an algae infested coral reef. As it goes for its next victim, a diver spears the Lionfish. My thesis focuses on the Lionfish Derbies of Key Largo, the methods of catching this fish, their effects on the environment, and their beauty.
Hurricane Milton has hit South Florida. As it goes up the coast, it leaves destruction in its wake. My designs focus on the idea of being caught in the storm, seeing a moment of clarity once you reach the eye of the hurricane, and the damage it all leaves on what once was a perfectly tailored suit.

Walking up the hills of San Francisco, you reach the Golden Heights neighborhood. The hills start to become steeper and the roads begin to curve, yet a set of Mosaic stairs is there to help you reach home. My project aims to find the charm in what would have been difficult to walk in neighborhood in a walkable city.
